judgecorp writes "The government backed Broadband Delivery UK programme continues, and BT has won another two counties, Norfolk and Suffolk. It now has all the contracts issued so far under the £530 million scheme to support laying fibre to rural areas. The European Commission is investigating whether this amounts to illegal state subsidy."
